I saw Duck Soup recently, and I was kind of amazed at how unfocused it was. It seemed more like sketch comedy than a movie. There were a lot of scenes that had almost nothing to do with the main narrative. It was still funny, but I no longer think it's particularly great comedy.

I also found some scenes more annoying than funny. Like the scene where Harpo and Chico are fucking with this street vendor for no reason. What did he do to deserve that treatment? I don't know how those guys made it through the movie without getting killed.
