Despite not being a liberal at all (currently I'm center-left, although I've leaned right-wing before) Moore seems to be one of my favorite directors. Even though his movies are very much skewered politically, he's made entertaining and thought provoking movies imo. They're also very effective left-wing propaganda, although Sicko was slightly more objective.
