Very DTV-ish Trailer (http://www.movieweb.com/news/06/25106.php)

Hmm, the premise made it seem like it would be gold, this footage though... I dunno.

It's still Bruce Campbell starring as Bruce Campbell in a Bruce Campbell film. That should be enough for most people.

Looks terribly corny, yet I laughed a few times.
Could be a fun time, although it does look like they could've done more with the premise.

Boy, I'm a sucker for all things Bruce Campbell, but I don't know about that one. It looks like it's trying way too hard. There were some funny moments, but my expectations are low.

I think it looks really funny and entertaining, although I agree that the premise and the monster look kinda weak. I'm a fan of Campbell though so that may be enough to get me to see it.

This does not look well-made.

But it's got enough for me to see it. I expect I'm not gonna like it.

I am a fan of BC when he is in a good film, with a good director, playing a good character. The last time that happened was Evil Dead 2.

I don't get the Bruce Campbell thing at all. I thought he was one of the worst things in Spiderman 3, for example, yet people cream over his cameo.

I'm with ya. I am definitely not part of the Cult of Campbell. I had friends who would watch Xena on teevee just because BC might be in it.

He seems like a cool guy, and he has been in a couple of killer flicks, but most of the stuff he's been in is pretty crappy.

I considered myself a big Bruce Campbell fan back when I first discovered the Evil Dead movies, but now I'm sick of his cult following. I don't get what the big deal is either.

Somebody didn't watch Bubba Ho-Tep.

I knew I was forgetting something! Shame on me, especially being based on a book by one of my favorite authors!

Thanks!

And this is probably his best overall performance.

Yes I agree that Elvis was his best performance. The Evil Dead II is the best film I've seen for him and I doubt that will change anytime soon.

As a big Campbell fan, I must say that looks pretty terrible, I will of course still see it though.

I don't get the Campbell adulation. He's all right.

I'm still excited to see this with Campbell in attendance on Nov. 14. It's probably dumb, and I'm not a Campbell worshiper, but should be fun all the same.

His presence would make it up. I saw The Man with the Screaming Brain with him in attendance and it made a shitty movie worth it just to see him heckle his own audience before and after.

It's Three Amigos, but it doesn't look funny.

You know what's really sad? I was going to ask him during the Q&A in jest about the possibilities of doing an Indy-like revival for Brisco County Jr. when I realized that Julius Carry died in August.

I guess my dream will now never come true.

This thread/film is not worthy of a GD-bump in my opinion.
