Hey guys.

I've always run an Oscar Pool locally for friends, family (and online MMO guildmates), but since I have a virtual presence now, I'm opening it up a bit and am even offering a prize.

The winner of the pool will get either a copy of any film nominated for a 2010 Oscar (in any category) in their choice of DVD or Blu-Ray format OR a $30 gift card to AMC theaters.

Should the winning entry also beat the official ReelFocus ballot, the winner gets both prizes.

Further rules are available both on the post here (http://www.reelfocus.org/?p=1029), or in the official ballot, which can be downloaded here (http://www.reelfocus.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/Reel-Focus-2010-Oscar-Pool-Ballot.doc).

Entry into the pool is free, but everyone is limited to one ballot. If you're interested, give it a go. I'd like to see how many entries I can get this year :D

Just wondering, now that this has been here for 24 hours, and some of you have taken a look...

anyone thinking of participating? I'm trying to get an estimated head count :)

I got mine in and was doing really well until those friggin short film categories. Then the bottom fell out. Some movie from Argentina winning didn't help matters either.
