Inspired by a conversation I had today with a friend about how sexy it is when Lily Allen says the word "fuck": What actors do you think have the best handle on profanity and what specific movies/scenes is that most evident in? Maybe they use it inventively like Dennis Farina in Get Shorty (the genesis of the thread's title). Or maybe they just savor every fucking syllable like Steve Martin in Planes Trains & Automobiles. Whatever your criteria, what do you think?

For me, it's all about Ian McShane on Deadwood. Not many actors could make "cocksucker" sound so poetic, but the man just pulls it off. He's also pretty brutal in Sexy Beast, but Deadwood's where it's at

In fact, Kingsley is one of the saving graces of that movie, as its merely decent and fails to escape its gangster movie cliches. Oh and Ray Winstone is also great in it as well.

Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci could cuss like true blue bastards. Pesci's ranting spiel in Casino is beyond awesome.
