Netflix and "Movies Most Like..."

I don't know if you guys notice this, but when you click "Add" on Netflix, a window pops up that displays movies "most like" the one you just added.

Anyway, I just added Clive Barker's Book of Blood, and the most-likes included The English Patient and Elizabeth.

...what?

So this thread is now my repository for "movies most like" that are anything but.
