I mean come on, at least a little of everybody died today. The man created some of the most perfect pop songs ever created. At work we put in his greatest hits, everything pre-Black or White hasn't aged at all, and even that song has some nostalgic value.

But I figured this was going to happen, I actually called it a couple of weeks ago since I was talking to my friend about how nobody has heard any stories about him in a while.

it's sad and mean, but i think there is a part in everyone of us that wishes this would happen sooner. he's such a talented and irreplaceable artist that to have his name and image smeared by none but himself is kinda tragic.

Can't say I've ever been a fan of even his most popular music. His best singles are solid but even those I don't love. His dancing on the other hand was amazing. RIP.

Sure the guy's music was mostly awesome. But the last 15 years were a mix of sad, pathetic, and very weird. Still RIP regardless.

I was just introducing my girls to his early (pre Thriller) wunderkind stuff. And now this. Shit.
