What is this robot from?

I know I've seen it.

I think the show also has a red headed kid in it. I think it was a straight to video/cable movie...back in the mid '80s? It's kind of strange I think, like the Felix the Cat movie.

Anyone?

Um, that robot is from a 2001 episode of The Simpsons called "Trilogy of Error."

It's totally reminding me of something else then...

There was a red headed kid with his robot, I think it was a toy that came to life, and they went on some crazy adventure. I think they rode around on an electric blanket or something. And I think he had a toy bear that also came to life.

Dammit.

I used to love it as as kid. My grandma taped it for me off of cable, and I used to watch it all the time.
