I'll see it for McAdams and I like the premise, but the trailer certainly doesn't inspire much faith. Also, did they crib the Focus Features background for their intertitles?

As a huge fan of the book, I'll say that doesn't look very good.

It's especially disheartening to see that Bana's aging seems to be kept pretty subtle. I understand that Hollywood needs pretty people for a movie like this, but his fluctuating age was a big part of the book's premise.

And seeing that it's rated PG-13, I imagine they'll keep Clare's love of oral sex on the D-L.
