Battle of the Horror Movie Character Nominations

So I'm gonna take charge and do this... the first time we had a BOTMC it went awesomely well. This time around it's going to be a bit different. It's going to be a Battle of the HORROR Movie Character. This thread is for nominations of the horror villains and I want this list to be huge... like bigger than the NCAA Tourney huge. Because I've got plans for a second HORROR Game after this that I've already been working on...

So think of all the horror villains or antagonists and throw them in here. I'm talking about anything from the monster in Splinter, to the Blob, to the monster in Host to the Shark that killed Samuel L. Jackson in Deep Blue Sea, we're putting them head to head to see who is the ultimate Horror villain EVER!

There will be some questionable entries, so I'll hopefully have help from you guys to figure out which ones will work and which ones won't. But I think this will be fun.

I'll hopefully be able to manage this and my current comic list. Shouldn't be too much trouble. Nominations are gonna be going on for a while. I'm going on vaca soon. I'll make a list here.

How do you want to handle "zombies?" I was thinking we could group them into certain categories and go from there. For example;

Slow Walking Zombies (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn, Day, Shaun)
Fast Moving Zombies (Dawn of the Dead Remake, 28 Days/Weeks Later)
Fucking Retarded Zombies (Brain Dead, Fulci Zombies)
Half-Smart Zombies (Return of the Living Dead, Undead)

I think DaMU's suggestion is solid. If we pick specific monsters/villains from each of the movies, that will probably level the playing field a bit. That means stuff like "the piranhas from Piranha" and "the templar zombies from Blind Dead" will have to be dumped. (And I have no personal connection to any of my nominees, so feel free to dump away. :) )

Although, I will feel a little sad to get rid of the CHUDs. Maybe we could make that "the stretchy-necked CHUD in CHUD." :lol:

The Cemetery Zombie was unphased by the size of the Cloverfield beast. It swatted at him, but it was slow-moving, imprecise. The Zombie only needed one good bite, and it saw an opening when the creature's tail swung around. He grabbed it, holding on for dear (un)life, and with one quick snap, he buried his teeth in the wet grey flesh, sealing the monster's fate!
