Satoshi Kon and Yasutaka Tsutsui (the author of the book, Paprika is based on) provide the voices for the two bartenders in the RadioClub.

Slightly off-topic, but Yasutaka Tsutsui's writings are worth seeking out. So is the other 2006 Madhouse-animated film based on one of his stories, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

This might be a good place to ask what the big deal is about Paranoia Agent. I thought it was going to be brilliant from the excellent first episode, but after that it seemed to get lost in strange tangents and never really gelled as a whole, despite some interesting individual moments.
