I kind of have a secret dream, now, that Carlton Mellick III is number8's pen name.

I kind of have a secret dream, now, that Carlton Mellick III is number8's pen name.

Carlton Mellick III has a strange picture on Wikipedia of a bald man with big glasses and mutton chops.

But I think that if number8 was writing under a pen name, he would choose to pretend to be a bald man with big glasses and mutton chops. It makes sense to me.

As God would have it, I just created a superhero the other day that has a signature karate attack called the Mutton Chop. It's something he uses more often than his other power, which is throwing acid in someone's face, which he named Side Burn.

He is nameless, but he belongs to a one-man superteam called the Unibrow. He rides a superbike named Handlebars and his weapon is a ten-foot mallet called Mullet.

Though he fights all evil, he does have a mysterious archnemesis named The Five O'Clock Shadow.

do you think the book itself is written in caps?

do you think the book itself is written in caps?
that's why it's 628 pages.

From one of its glowing testimonials:

"Having sex without making babies is akin to eating a large, moist, hot, panting piece of chocolate cake without washing your plate afterwards. Where is the fun in that?"
