All the cat lickers I see at the pool every day think it was the most wonderful movie ever. They went to it in groups and discussed it afterwards like they did with Passion of the Christ.

"cat lickers" is my wife's slang for Catholics in case you didn't figure it out.

Heh. My dad does that, and every now and then, my mom will ask him to stop, and he'll interject, "Well, I wouldn't call 'em that if they stopped licking all those damn cats!"

So yeah.

Fireproof.

Fuck. I just watched this YouTube thing. It's awful.

Not every movie deemed bad is The Wicker Man. Jesus Christ, why did I watch all five fucking minutes of this?

He knows, Sycophant, and He will tell you once you open your heart and stop looking at internet porn.

Here's hoping Kirk Cameron becomes the new Tyler Perry, releasing two of these per year.

Cat licker. I don't understand it.

I never really understood it either -- except that it kind of rhymes with Catholic-er.

She's an atheist who works as head cook for a Catholic school. She used to manage a humane society. We own six cats. I guess it all makes some kind of sense.

Hm. I always understood this as slang for "lesbian."

Either way, my wife's family's church is showing this movie in a couple weeks. I may have to see it.

I love how "clean" their arguments are. No swearing in this movie. The CAP ministry (http://www.capalert.com/capreports/fireproof.htm) approves.

Personally, I popped some buttered popcorn and whacked off to Teagan Presley while my wife watched Doctor Phil upstairs.
