Hobson's Choice is great. I've been meaning to take a second look at Gandhi. I was totally underwhelmed when I saw it back in 1982.

Did the Dakota Fanning rape movie go straight to video? (Unless it had a blink-and-missed-it theatrical release?) Not that I want to see it...I just remember all the hullabaloo at Sundance and then it seemed to disappear.

I want to see the windshield wiper movie eventually.

Why do DVD companies gotta shit up covers when issuing special collections like that? The Paul Newman stuff's so hideous, I'd never want those on my shelf.

Also will buy Midnight Meat Train and Body of Lies used eventually, and want to see How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, Quarantine, and Changelina. I really want Hobson's Choice, too. I was really excited about that one, but Feast III takes precedence, and now it can wait.

Ridiculous. I'd say it's the most insanely gory and unapologetically violent American film I've seen in the last couple of years. Not necessarily good, but that's OK.

If the third manages to one up it, I'll be pretty much in blood heaven. :pritch:

Will rent Hobson's Choice and Changeling. I'd recommend Menzel's I Served the King of England, especially if you're a fan of Closely Watched Trains.

Theatrical release back in November. I saw it (http://www.justpressplay.net/movie-reviews/40-reviews/4211-hounddog.html).
