We just had "The Show of Shows" for 2008 shown at my school. I'll maybe post my brief notes for all the films in a bit but for now I'll just say that "La Maison en Petits Cubes" by Kunia Kato was very nostalgic and impressive. "Franz Kafka's A Country Doctor" and "Hot Seat" were also great showings. Pixar's "Presto" was shown and while it drew the most laughs it felt somehow empty or perhaps too commercial with so much uncontrolled creativity on display. Also "KJFG #5" was a great way to finish the showing.
