Because I don't have a penis, I'm going to rent Sex and the City. :)
(Not that there's anything wrong with those of you with penises wanting to see SatC...)

Oh, yeah, I really want to see This American Life.

Oh, yeah, I really want to see This American Life.

I highly suggest this to anyone who hasn't seen it. Such a great show.

I really love those Martini Movie selections. Enticing, even though I have no idea what that's supposed to mean.

I'll be renting Leatherheads and buying LA Confidential.

I'm curious about the restoration of the Godfather. The current DVDs look pretty good.

It's a way of milking more money out of the consumer. The original boxset has been out long enough where most who wanted it already bought it so the studios release a new version so the completionists will buy it over again.

YES! Three movies I've been long anticipating (Savage Streets, Sundown: The Vampire in Retreat, and the 2-disc LA Confidential) in one week! :pritch:

I'll also probably buy Leatherheads eventually. It's not as bad as people say it was.

And it's totally going to work.

And it also ties into that 'definitive' conundrum.

I'll likely be buying it...

Is that really the cover for the Blu-Ray L.A. Confidential? If so... that's pretty cool.

Still want to see Leatherheads. Also, need to see more Kaurismaki, so I might add some of those to my queue.

I think I need to see Sunrise: The Vampire in Retreat. Must also confess an interest in anything from the creators of Crank (although they didn't direct this one, so I'm unsure).

Renting Run, Fatboy, Run. My expectations couldn't be lower, but I'll watch it for Simon Pegg.

Might watch Leatherheads too.

Yeah, baby. Savage Streets 2 Disc Special Edition. 80's exploitation doesn't get any sleazier. Plus, Linda Blair wields a crossbow.

Nobody's interested in the Kaurismaki set? Ariel and The Match Factory Girl are both wonderful.

I shut this off after about 40 minutes. Hadn't even cracked a smile. Bland, boring comedy. I was really surprised that Pegg would have signed on with such a poor script.

I was just about to say that is one incredibler cover. I need to see that movie now.

The Charlie Brown Holiday Collection is a must-have as well.

But you missed the part where he was running and hit the wall, but to visualize and dramatize this, there's an actual brick wall, you know, so that the metaphor isn't lost on us and our protagonist is met with conflict in the form of something he must overcome and his internal strife conveyed externally using film as a universal visual language that unites us all. Yeah, this film sucked so much I'm still angry I paid to see it.
